Shipping Policy

We make every effort to ship your fragile items safely, so they arrive intact! In the unlikely event that the glassware arrives damaged, please contact us at creativesipsters@gmail.com within 5 days of the delivery date.

Please provide:

A photo of the damaged or broken item
A photo of the shipping box
Photos of the packaging materials inside the box
Your name and order information

Please keep the damaged item and all original packaging until your claim has been resolved. This information may be needed to document shipping damage.

Once we receive the required information, we will review the damage and work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Return and Exchange Policy

Due to the fragile and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if you receive an item that is different from what you ordered due to an error on our part, please contact us at creativesipsters@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. We will work with you to correct the order at no additional cost.

As a reminder, all our merchandise is hand-painted and handcrafted. While we strive for consistency in our pieces, slight variations in color, design placement and brush work may occur, making each item one-of-a kind.

Creative Sipsters glassware requires special care to help protect and preserve the painted design. As a reminder, all hand-painted glassware must be hand washed. Please do not place your Creative Sipsters glassware in the dishwasher. Gently hand wash using mild dish soap, warm water, and a soft cloth or sponge. Avoid abrasive cleaners, scrubbing pads, soaking for extended periods, or anything that may scratch or damage the painted surface.

Because dishwasher heat, detergents, and washing cycles may damage the painted design, damage resulting from dishwasher use or from failure to follow the provided care instructions is not considered a product defect and is not eligible for a refund, replacement, or return. Following these care instructions will help keep your Creative Sipsters glassware looking beautiful for years to come.
