All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if you receive an item that is different from what you ordered due to an error on our part, please contact us at creativesipsters@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. We will work with you to correct the order at no additional cost.

As a reminder, all our merchandise is hand-painted and handcrafted.  While we strive for consistency in our pieces, slight variations in color, design placement and brush work may occur, making each item one-of-a kind. 

We make every effort to ship your items safely, so they arrive intact!  In the unlikely event that the items arrive damaged, please contact us at ​creativesipsters@gmail.com within 5 days of the delivery date.

Please provide:

• A photo of the damaged or broken item

• A photo of the shipping box or envelope

• Photos of the packaging materials if your items were shipped in a box

• Your name and order information

Please keep the damaged item and all original packaging until your claim has been resolved. This information may be needed to document shipping damage.

Once we receive the required information, we will review the damage and work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
